Let me just say that basically everything was broken or has broken in my apartment since I have lived there. When I moved in my internet was broken and it took them two weeks to fix it. My air conditioning was also broken and has never been properly fixed. I have to keep my thermostat at 68 and I am still burning up at night. My hot water heater broke within the first month of living there as well. The biggest problem I have had is ants. I have had my apartment sprayed three times and they seem to keep coming back. I am a clean freak and leave nothing out for ants to be attracted to so I am extremely confused as to how they keep coming back. I also had roaches.
I can't say many positive things about the staff. The apartment they promised me was also rented out to someone else and I had to be put on a completely different side right next to the road. I am a young girl living alone and I was not too keen on this idea. They also charged me for a fireplace even though I did not agree to that because they gave me the wrong apartment. They called corporate while I was there signing my lease and they refused to pay the difference.
Overall I would say this place is pretty ghetto fabulous. Don't be deceieved when they take you on a tour. It's not very high class. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
