After doing much research in Virginia Beach, we ended up signing a lease here. I am happy with the staff and even more pleased with my apartment. They thought of everything when they built. I do not hear any of my neighbors which is a plus. Its nice to walk outside and feel like you are a part of a community. Everyone we have met has been very friendly. The fitness room is nice looking from the outside, I do plan on getting in there soon...Parking is adequate. The view from the patio is beautiful, and its nice to see that lots of people have decorated for the holidays, and that they feel comfortable leaving their belongings outside. Every apartment has a built in alarm system which is great. Overall I am very happy with our move here and see us staying here for the duration of my husbands orders.

You can't give a good description when you've lived here less than a month. My car's been broken into, I've been trapped inside my apt. while the police took down a neighbor, there have been several fights in my parking lot... That's just security. Wait until you need something from managment! There's more, but you would have to read my review. Just 60 days until I can move out!!!!!!!!
