I moved in here mid-October 2007. I was really sick, so it took me a month to get settled. I have to tell you, the view from my livingroom is nothing short of breath-taking. The staff is amazing. You are not just a number here - you are family. They are quick to respond and always friendly. They do so much for us! There was a Halloween Party. The week before Christmas they took such good care of us... free gift wrapping, baked us cookies, even a pizza one night. Now, they are upgrading their in-complex cable system. It will be every bit as great as Directv. When I total up everything I was paying at the last apartment complex I lived in, I am actually saving over $200.00 a month. The neighbors, for the most part, are veryy friendly. There are always a few clueless people who have not caught on that they live in an apartment and can not play their music as loud as they want. But the staff was quick to act. If you are considering Waterfront Apartments, I say come on over - you will love it!
