The staff is great and so is the tech support workers however the manager isn't. We immediately had trouble with the internet they offer here. It took them over 10 days to get it up, it was slower then dial up, other ppl were trying to access our computer and it was really unreliable and when we went to get rid of it they told us after 10 days they can't.. only the manager can allow that to happen so now we're trying to meet up with him(3 months later we have yet to get him to meet up with us.. we never see him around and he's pretty much flakin out on us). We also had issues with our living room window when it rains a certain way it's like a waterfall we were told a contracter would look at it from the outside(I work at home) I have yet to see him(3 weeks later). Our garbage disposal had this AWFUL smell coming from it and we did everything to get rid of it. It had not yet been inspected. We're now being charged for someone elses water(our meter numbers don't match whats on the bill it's WAY off in numbers). Parking on my building is hard to get because they don't assign spots (visitors are suppose to park in the second part and they don't) our apartment is closer to the water and we've had to park by another building before. I think that if you're paying over 1k a month for an apartment you should get an assigned spot.

I have had to call the cops on a couple neighbors for noise. I only called for BAD noise at like 3-4AM.. the neighbors above my left neighbors were making soo much noise it was like they were in the room with us. Thank god those ppl moved out. The walls are thin but I don't hear much noise now.. the bathroom walls are the thinnest you can hear everything. We also have an issue with our bedroom window.. air comes through it as if it was open.

The View is amazing and the apartments are really close to the mall so thats a perk but there are some real cons to the place. A big pro is low jet noise. But then you have a crappy manager and your windows may not be installed correctly therefore causing your bills to be higher. You will fight for a decent parking spot.

Also I almost forgot our water bill jumped from about 5 dollars a month(husband is inthe navy and always gone, we also have no kids) to 30 dollars and we were gone two out of the 4 weeks and somehow used over 2k gallons of water. The number on our water meter in the apt doesn't match the bill and they're trying to say thats because it was once replaced and they didn't restart the counter.

P.S. they also gave us the WRONG apartment we signed up for a 1bedroom 1 1/2 bath

I had/have the same issue with the internet dating back to late August 2007. Good luck getting it resolved in your favor.

I had a very similar experience there. The customer service is awful!!! Our internet never worked. We had tried to cancel on day 10 because it wasn't working and they said that the 10 day grace period would start once it actually worked. It took me 5 months and getting involved with their corporate office before getting the service canceled and a refund. We were given the total run around!! We had to call the cops on our neighbors too...not because they were having loud parties or anything. Because they would beat the ---- out of each other!!!!! It was just horrible to listen to. The walls are so thin, there was no mistaking how mean this couple was to each other. Our garbage disposal had an awful smell also. we never had a problem with parking, which was good for us. But I would not recommend this community to anyone. I got locked out once at 545pm and I was about 30 minutes away from home. They told me that if I can't make it down to the front office by 6pm that I would just have to wait until morning. I offered to fax them any documents they needed to prove my identity and authorize them to unlock my apartment without me present and release them of any liability. But they still wouldn't do it. It was totally unheard of! The only great thing was that there's this bar in the shopping center next door called the clubhouse. They have really good cheap drinks and good food. :) I'll miss the clubhouse.
