I'm currently looking to move out, because I'm a bit fed up with the people they force us to get our internet from. You have to get internet through their own person company, and they have no local tech support. You have to call some people in some other state who usually doesn't know what to do, so he will send someone to check your connection, which will take a day, then he calls back the next day and still doesn't know what to do. It's very annoying because my internet goes down for weeks at a time. Sadly, I recently went 'paperless with all my bills and my bank so I view and pay for everything online. They didn't care though. I would have loved to get internet Verizon, or anyone else, but I wasn't allowed to since they had some special contract for this area.

The window in my bedroom leaks when it rains, right down onto an electrical outlet. It seems like a disaster waiting to happen. It has yet to be fixed. Though, their maintenance works pretty quickly. I had an issue were at 2am my dishwasher started leaking out the sink and flooding, and I called their emergancy line and within an hour of me calling, they were here to fix it.

The people below me are obnoxious. I have a third floor apartment, and I love it. But they make it horrid. I don't mind people being loud on occasion, but hours on end of loud music that makes things in my apartment shake is a bit annoying. I have complained, but it did not help. At night, many people will be on their patios talking, which is fine, but on occasion the people will scream, a lot. I can hear them all the way in my bedroom, and it keeps me awake at night. I have asked them to stop, and I have talked to the office. No fix for it. It happens a few times a month.

Parking is a bit ------. Their towing company is HORRIBLE. They will rob you if you let them. They allowed my car to be towed without any notice. I was very upset. They did nothing about it. I ended up taking legal action over it. Also, people here don't know how to park. If you want a spot in front of your apartment, you have to get back early. Otherwise, you'll be parking quit a bit away.

The mail man never takes me mail. People smoke right outside their doors, and it will leak into your apartment. I personally do not enjoy it. I don't always feel safe, lately there have been weird things going on out there, but I have never had an incident with anyone.

Military get's a pretty good price. I think this place isn't all that bad, some issues aren't their fault and they do what they can.

I say if they are doing it at 2 am call the cops. I did and I don't regret it because you do h ave a right to have silence at a certain time. My window ALSO leaks. e also personally called verizon and got another kind of internet. We're fighting to get rid of our old one.
