(user photo) these were the only walls we painted in the entire apartment (user photo) we cleaned everything from top to bottom when we moved in and when we moved out (user photo) we even cleaned the carpets in EVERY room even if it didn't need it (user photo) this was me cleaning the chalky walls before we moved in because they were nasty

For those of you who pay rent through direct-deposit, beware. My husband and I had this experience three times within a 2 year period...Waterfront would raise the rent by $1 without proper notice, after which time we would get a notice from them stating our rent was not paid in full and thus, was considered late. Subsequently, we were slapped with a $50 late fee. They did this to us 3 times!!! No amount of arguing did any good. In addition to this hassle we dealt with horrible internet/cable service (that goes in and out in any sort of rain) and spiders. Don't do it.
