I have very little to complain about in my new apartment. I moved into Waterfront Apartments mid March 2008. I have a balcony with a wonderful view. I love watching all of the ducks and ducklings on the pond. The grounds are well kept. I am in a 3rd floor apartment, and I rarely have any trouble with noise. Occasionally, my neighbors will play their music loud but it is always off by 10pm. I can't really complain about that. All of my appliances work fine. They are not brand new (I live in the older section) but they are adequate. Parking directly in front of my apartment is a bit of a challenge but that's to be expected. When you consider the fact that there are 6 apartments in my little section of the building, you can only deduct that EVERYONE will not be able to park up front. I park across the street when necessary, but never have to walk very far. Of course, I live in a one bedroom apartment, so there probably aren't as many cars per apartment. I've only had to call maintenance one time. I left a message on their voicemail before I left for work and my issue was resolved by the time I got home the same evening. You can't beat that! The staff in the rental office have all been great. I don't have their internet or cable yet so I can't comment on either of them. After reading everyone's comments, I will definitely ask questions before I get them. I looked at 5 different properties in the same price range before moving and Waterfront was the best by far. Every property is going to have bad tenants here and there. That shouldn't be a reflection on the property.
