When I first moved to waterfront 1bd/1bth on the 1st floor in 2007,I thought it had a nice view, the staff was great and community was nice and quiet. Well I was wrong. About a month later everything that I thought was nice went wrong. The water view was nice but having a pile of dog crap right there in front of your window for days sometimes weeks at a time was not. Not once have I ever opened my window since I lived there because of the dog crap and the other entire creature that they have out there. But having my window close didn't stop them from coming in because they have other ways in coming in door not sealed correctly and they eat through the walls. I don't know what other places they are coming in but they are sure enough finding it. I had BIG ASS spiders in my house, water bugs/roaches, and every night come home I am greeted by a frog at my doorstep. I'm not a dirty person and I really hate bugs inside my house. Every time I informed the staff about it they say "It's part of nature and there s nothing we can do about it, the pest patrol guy already came you going to have to wait at least week for him to come back out". I don't give a damn if it's part of nature, I just think nature belongs outside. I don't want to be afraid to go asleep at night wondering if something going to be crawling on me, in my clothes or my food. I waited a week and nobody showed up. I asked what happened with the Pest Control coming to my APT. and they said "You didn't ask for one". What'!! Plus my walls are slimy with yellowish and reddish colors. Why' I don't know. I ask them to come and paint them. They came over three days later and painted the walls. They also painted the toilet, the floors, the mirror and my garbage can. I guess laying protection down really didn't matter. A few days later my walls start doing the same thing again but worse. I said forget it and ignored (which you can't) because I didn't feel like going at it with the staff. I called the office because my A/C wasn't working right. The maintenance came over and asked me "how do you know that your A/C isn't working'" and said because it's colder in here than it is outside and also everytime I walk past my front or back door I feel a lot of cold air coming through it. He took the pipes apart went in my bathroom and start cleaning it out in my tub which he left dirty, then he scrapped some stuff off the A/C thing and said this is probably why there s no air flowing I've only been in here for a month and you telling me it got dirty that fast. We only clean them if someone asks us too; we only change the air filter for new tenants he said. WTF'! I don't even know where to start with rent. Let's just say they don't know what the hell they are doing and since they don't know all they do is ask for more money. They tell me one thing and then tell me another. If catch them on there word they always say I will need to talk to the Manager who by the way is not always there. I don't hear anything from them or the Manager. I'm paying all this money for a one bed one bath small ass apartment for what' They can't maintain their on building, rent money or their tenants. Tenants what's so damn hard about walking your dog across the street to the dog park so they can crap there and you can pick it up. Come on, if you going to walk your dogs and allowed them to sh!# in front of people apartments please, have consideration to pick it up. I mean the sh!# be out there until it turns white. Parking sucks people who don't pay rent or live there get better parking than I do almost everyday. I can hear people phones ringing, when they take showers, when they fight, and worse...when they take a piss. I don't want to be bothered with staff or the maintenance people. I have a feeling that when I move out they going to try to charge us on the things that they created and the things that they haven't fixed. I wouldn't recommend this to anybody. You will not get your money worth.

Are you people RIDICULOUS!?? Wow, a frog on your doorstep. Hot damn. If it's outside, get over it. It IS a part of nature. I'm moving to this complex in the next few months and let me tell you, if my neighbors are going to be THIS ---- retentive and over the top, then I may reconsider moving at all! Have you just now moved out into the real world? Dogs poop. It happens. Bugs find ways into homes - that's life. They find small cracks and holes. You can't expect the maintenance people to come out and find every single nook and cranny in your apartment building because you're too OCD and freakin WEIRD to kill a spider in your apartment. At least they have pest control, most complexes don't bother doing that convenience for you!
Do EVERYONE a favor, and move out.

I agree with IM_ME08. You have not experince living here to write any comments rather good or bad. And its not "Weird" for people to be AFRAID (I believe that was the word you was looking for not weird)to kill a huge spider in their apartments. If the pest control came out and sprayed like they are suppose to, we wouldn't have that much of a problem. I mean its would be unreasonable if that person was complaining and they only saw it once in their place but it was more than expected. I'll get sicked of it too. You really need to think before you write another one of your "comments". Do us that favor.

I stayed in the new ones on cape ann way. And believe me when i say i used a whole can of raid lol. you know its something else serious if the pest control guy had to come 3 times. He didn't even know what to do but to just make a complaint to the office which didn't do anything so I just left it be. I'm out of that place now and at a much better place to call home.

hey apartments by 3105 are great ones.. you just got put in a crappy area. Or you're in the old apartments.. which I hear have bad bug issues but I've never had a roach or rat. I've had a few spiders under 10 ever got inside the apartments this past year. If all else fails get some raid and spray around your doors and windows. it never hurts to take matters into your own hands. Yes you really shouldn't have to but still you can't depend on them to do everything the way you want it. it's just not how life works.
