My husband and I have been living at Waterfront for two years and we love it. It is a very nice and quiet neighborhood. I love all of our neighbors they are all so friendly and nice. Our apartment is even better it is the perfect size we have plenty of room for everything we need. We live on the first floor, we never hear the people above us they even have a dog, and we never even hear that. We do live in the new side so our apartment is new and has super construction. They have a nice area to walk around and they even have a place where you can take your dog to run around in. I always feel safe my husband works nights, I am never scared to take my dog out, and there is nothing better than feeling safe. In our apartment, we even have an alarm that we can set for addition comfort, which is nice. Maintenance has always been good to us they come promptly and are always helpful. We have lived in other apartments and I have to say this once in the nicest by far. The only complaints I have is their TV/internet deal. They have their own TV and Internet and it is pretty much your only bet, which is pricey, but I can deal with it. We love it hear and will be living here for another couple of years until we have to move due to the Navy. GREAT APARTMENT, WE LOVE IT HERE A !!!!

Well, first off they did not pay me anything to write this. Just because you are having a bad experience does not mean that I am and they are paying me to write good things. In addition, I never said anything about any of the other apartments I was just speaking about my experience and my apartment. I am sorry that you think this place is a disaster and if it is that bad then move or go down and address your complaints. Good review anyway...real informative...its just a disaster and don??????t even say why.... My friends down the street love there area too...Maybe you just live in a bad one...

Thank you for your feedback. I was hoping for a positive review, but am still somewhat concerned with some of the responses. It certainly has given me pause to really look at the property before signing any lease.
