I have lived at Waterfront since February 2008. I have alot of complaints about this place, so here we go...first off, READ YOUR LEASE!! If you have pets, this is not the place to live. If you transfer to another apartment within Waterfront, you have to pay the pet deposit every time you transfer. We just recently found that out when we moved to a bigger apartment. This might make since to you, but the pet deposit doesn't cover any pet damages AT ALL!!! SO why the hell do they make us pay everytime we transfer' I asked them this, and they said it's just so the pets can live here...--------! So, when we moved, there was pet urine on our carpets because we had a puppy and he peed on the carpet, so we had to pay the new transfer fee, and to have all of the carpet replaced, and the original pet deposit didn't cover any of it! There are spiders, some strange caterpillars, and silver fish all in the apartments, they have sprayed twice, yet nothing has changed. We are paying $1200 for a 2 bed, 2 bath apt, and I think that if I'm paying that much, the carpet should have been stain free once we moved in, the putty on the walls should have been sanded down and painted over, cracks in the walls should have been fixed, the bathroom floors should have been repaired, the huge crack in the tub should've been fixed, not just covered up with a ------- mat, and the stove should have been cleaned out completely, not given to us covered in white chalky material that won't come up now. I am in the navy, and there are sooooo many idiotic navy people that live here, they are so loud, they hog up all the grills on every nice day, and they litter all over this place. The cable service here sucks. You aren't allowed to choose your own cable company, you have to have service through them. For the past week, my satellite signal has been in and out, and this morning, all of my channels have somehow disappeared. And maintenace has yet to come over and fix this.
