I have lived here for a while and have had no major complaints. It is an apartment, so I expect some noise. My neighbors are nice and friendly. The staff is great, and maintenance is best I have had anywhere I have ever lived. As to pets - I have a pet and clean up after it - but I do see other people who don't. I feel bad for the maintenance guys as they get stuck cleaning up after other people. It's not the pets fault - it's the owner.

Cleaning up pet poop is the least they can do to make up for all the other sh it that is wrong with this complex. You're lame if you think that this is a great place to live!

you can watch what apartment they go into and tell the leasing office.. in the lease it says you get charged 25 bucks for not picking up after your pet.

To the first responder - I like living here and have no complaints. If you don't - then move-out! The last I checked no one was holding a gun to your head - you have choices. They're not perfect, but I don't think you are ever going to find that perfect place - at least for apartments. But, I do think this place is better then most. You are entitled to your opinion, and I am to mine.
