Whenever I goto the office to pay rent or pick-up a package they are always friendly and nice and ask me how everything is going. I actually just renewed my lease, and they cleaned my carpets for free. I like it here and plan on staying as long as I can. Since I told them everything is great, they asked if I would post a review at this site. I live in their older side, the apartment is nice, the staff is great, maintenance is awesome and fast response (even at 2:00 am in the morning when your air condintioner goes out). The grounds are well maintained - I see the people out every day picking up trash, etc. So I have no complaints and think most people like living here.

Are you single or do you have children? The people are nice to you probably because you haven't had to ask them to fix something that they are supposed to take care of then they drop the ball so you get after them. you have to be proactive to live there because they sweep many things under the rug. try moving to a different place, they stab you in the back even if you were a good tenant...they are currently stalling our close date on a house we are trying to purchase over PAINT!!
