i hate this place the club infront of the apartment is so loud! i heard arguements outside all the time the neighbors are very loud and dont care if you have kids or not they made me get a upstairs apartment eeven though i have to small children

If they didn't have a down stairs what can they do, if they had one down and one up the choice would have been yours. If they didn't have want you wanted then you should have looked for somewhere else, stop bitchen about something out of their control.
