The apartments are dated, my car has been broken into twice. It's noisy and we have heard gun shots on several occasions due to the close proximity to Lake Edwards. They also starting imposing additional fees for water and sewage so which makes the overall rent even higher. They have parking issues. The only positive thing I have to say about having lived here for 4 yrs is the maintainence people take care of any issues in a timely manner. But overall I would not recommend renting an apartment there.
