No care is totally right.
The apartments- in a bad neighborhood, very old for the area, bugs, you name it. It went downhill fast, and that isnt the worst part....
Jack's Towing towed my car even though it was IN MY SPACE because the plates were expired. These people are ruthless and it is totally uncalled for, especially when you are out to sea for 6 months, and they tow your car! HORRID.
