i have lived here for almost one year-and while the managment tries to make living here like living in a communist country(seriously) i have no roaches-or any other kind of bugs-my apartment is spacious and pretty nice. however i have had plenty of other issues living here-im not allowed to keep a rocking chair on my balcony because it isnt -specific patio furnitur-that is rediculous(its in good condition), i have lots of things that have not been fixed since i moved in even though they were all given in writing to the office-and i was sent an eviction notice for 250 dollars not paid when in fact it was paid(on time) and the money was credited towards another clients rent-it also took quite some time to get it squared away and corrected as well as 2 days of me leaving work early to meet with the office staff about the problem. ALso- the staff in the office seem to think they are better than me every time i go in there-and i present myself very well, have a honorable proffesion and pay all rent on time.
