When I first moved in, I saw a couple of roaches. I called maintenance and they sprayed my apartment. I also bought some boric acid and the plugin insect repellent. I haven't seen a roach since. Every problem I encountered, it seemed to get fixed within a week time frame. The only problems is the walls are thin, the floors make a lot of noise (it's made of wood), the hot water runs out fast, and the water fixtures are old and out of date. They give you 2 parking passes when you move in for parking. Plus, there is a security guard walking around at night. You have to pay for electric, water, and gas. The neighborhood around the complex is not that great. I hope this helps anyone out.
