DONT MOVE HERE!!! The Office staff has misplaced my rental money(or parts of it) several times-then had the nerve to knock on my door harassing me for money I PAID...once I showed them the reciepts as proof-I recieved NO APOLOGY for their rudeness! They have put notes on my door for other people saying "Rent is late...WHY'" Matenience is VERY friendly...but friendly doesnt fix things. Last year they raised my rent $250. and informed me about it 1 month before my lease was up! In the winter if you stand within 3 ft of the windows...you feel like you are outside-freezing. There are little HOODRAT girls that will sit outside and attempt to talk to ALL married men! And you can hear gunshots through out the night(anynight) not to mention I found a shell caseing on my front steps! However, the apartments themselves are spacious ...ok, but they will raise you HIGH after the 1st yr! They biggest thing is, there are so many people NOT on leases...THEY are most of the problems!!! Oh and the Navy guys that live in the building that drink and have wild parties till 4am 3 times a night...well thats another bonus! Gotta love that on school nights!
