the apt manager here is new so when i called recently about a rather large amount of glass in the parking lot that needed to be cleaned up as it was a safety issue i was not expecting to hear that "its not in the lease to keep a clean parking lot" so that took a few days to persuade them to do. then i'm always getting other peoples late notices. what a rude way to notify someone of that. and when my toilet started to leak i called it in cuz it smelled funny and they told i just needed to clean to toilet better. WHAT!!! about a week later the down stair called because their roof was leaking. then they told me i could use my bathroom for a few days. thanks alot guys. and all my neighbors are druggies who smoke so bad that it filters into my apt. just what i want to smell as i get home from work.

I live here as a resident and am very pleased with both maintenance and the office staff. Yes, the office manager is relatively "new" but has been great with responding to all my requests. Maintenance is sometimes a day or so behind, but once the work is done it's always done right! I would suggest to anyone looking to move to Wesleyan Courts to drive the property at night to see how quiet the community is during the evening. Rarely are there any persons hanging out around the buildings. We have lived here now for 4 months and have referred two friends to move-in and they have and are pleased. Is the staff perfect? No, do they always take the time to assist you, Yes!
