I lived in a one bedroom apartment here for a year. Overall I really liked it. I would walk to the beach in about 10 minutes. There was no crime...I never had any noise problems..It was always quiet. I had a dish washer and a garbage dispaosal in my apartment. There were only a few things I didn't like. There was little to no counter space in the kitchen. The A/C unit was very outdated. It was one of the ones that is mounted in your was and then there was a little fan in the wall betewwn the livingroom and the bedroom that you had to turn on to get the cold air flowing to the bedroom. When I turned the A/C on it was sooo loud! Then I when my daughter would go to bed I turned the fan on in the wall to get cool air flowing in there fro her while she was sleeping anf with the a/c and the fan on it was so fricken lud that I had to turn my t.v. way up b/c I couldn't hear it. The only other thing I didn't like it\s the door to the bedroom, and the door to the bathroom didn't stay open..so anytime I would be in the bathroom trying to get ready at the sink the door would close on me. But I did like this place a lot. They also have the cheapest-in price-washer and dryer I have ever seen! 75 cents to wash and 50 cents to dry! Awsome..I'm thinking about lugging my laundry over there every week just to save a lot of money! LOL
