We had to live here 2 yrs, it was awful. You can hear everything your neighbors do, we were on the top and we constantly heard the neighbors below us....everything!!! They also heard everything we did too. It was the worst having babies there. The place has great big balconies, but not enough room for the price you have to pay in rent. Give me a break on the prices, they are rediculous. Maintenance came soon after we put in the request that was great. The office never listened to any of our complaints and never held true to their 3 complaints and they are out rule that they supposedly had. We had horrible neighbors. The lights never seemed to be replaced outside it was really dark throughout the complex. The price we paid in rent you would think they had the money to clean up the place. The ducks from the pond crap EVERYWHERE! They don't even get the pressure washer out and clean it off...horrible. The path around the lake is ungodly and try taking a stroller with babies around it, OMG...forget it. The parks for kids are unsafe and even a broken slide or two...and this was located right next to the office...come on now. Luckily we got out deposit back so no complaints there. Just be very wary, the parking sucks, you get one spot and there are cars there in the parking lots that NEVER EVER move and just take up parking that every resident could have used. They could have lessoned the space of the deck and made bigger apartments too. We felt like we were living in our own nightmare there, we were soooo happy to leave. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
