I have lived here for about 8 months, and think it is ok. Sometimes parking can be a problem, as only one space is assigned per apartment, but sometimes you just have to walk a little further. Maintenance is pretty prompt, although my washer was leaking and they came to fix it and it still leaks. We had a horrible odor coming from under our kitchen sink, which maintenance promptly fixed. The location is wonderful, just close enought to everything yet set in a really nice neighborhood. There are lots of ducks around, from the pond, and we had one nesting on our porch! Speaking of porches, all of the apartments here have nice patios, that are a decent size. The only thing we hate about that is that you can not have a bbq, becuase they don't allow grills. The walls are rather thin, and we can hear everything our upstairs neighbors do. Overall I think these apartments are ok, if you a willing to shell out $1 per square foot per month, the location is worth it!
