I've lived here since August '05 and have no complaints. The management is very friendly and keeps the place well-maintained. For a little while last fall they were replacing the sidewalks, which was inconvenient but much-needed. Neighbors are friendly and don't bother us, the place is in very good shape. Plenty of parking, each apartment gets one spot but there are lots of unmarked spots nearby for visitors or roommates. For a couple of grad students, it was a real find. Reasonable price for a great place to live, make sure you check this one out!
