When we first moved into our apartment we were very pleased. The 2 main bedrooms were very big and the closet space was awesome. The third "bedroom" was not so big. We didn't use it as a bedroom, more of a den or game room. If you plan on using the third bedroom for this purpose then it is great. It would also work well for a small child. We had a few problems with sinks not draining in the bathroom and the shower as well. Our garbage disposal died and the handle of our stove broke off! But...we called the office and in the same day we had maintenance over to fix the problem! Every time we have had a problem the maintenance were here in the same day. They were very nice and worked with ease. The front office staff were very helpful and friendly as well. Wendy Deuso is one of the greatest. She is the main person I have dealt with over the past year that we have lived here and she is a very warm person. The parking is not on the up and up unfortunatly. One spot per apartment yet there is seemingly enough parking for guests or other residents. At times we've had to park on the other side of the complex on the weekends which we were not happy about. The supposed sound proof apartments are a crock. We could hear EVERYTHING from our neighbors!! We had neighbors downstairs who were seemingly abusive and we CONSTANTLY heard yelling, screaming and fighting. Very frightening. The pricing was a bit too much. We started out at $1175 which seemed reasonable at the signing of our lease. At the end of our lease the rent went up to $1250. Too much for me to live in an apartment. You might as well buy a house for this much money a month. Overall, for apartment living it was semi-enjoyable.
