I have to agree with some of the other reviews that it looks cheap on the outside! However we live in a 3 bedroom and its very spacious. Our roof caved in after we reported more then once that it was leaking so the end result was it came crashing in our son's room. Other problems were fixed on a timely manner. The office staff is great!! The parking sucks if you have a 2nd car!! Overall I feel the rent is right for va bch but not for the total package. They do keep the grounds mostly clean as well.
