We lived in this apartment complex for 3 years. We move because we were relocated with the military out of state boy you don't know what you have until its gone. In the section we lived in we met so many wonderful and caring people. We had the best neighbors.

Great location - close to pretty much everything
Apartment size - They really are a decent size we had a two bedroom one bath.bed rooms and bathroom are much bigger than what we have now in a full size house
Big back porch some even have a small front porch area. The grounds have sidewalks thru out the complex, while it is true that there is duck poo around the pond area. There is a swimming pool and hot tub as well as a gym area. I do agree that the playground could stand to be ungraded but it was in working order just small(toddler size)I had no problems with the maintenance team they were a wonderful bunch of guys and we really miss them. Thru the time we lived there small crimes (if you want to even call it that) did happen. Ourselves as well as a couple of other neighbors had vehicles broken into, and some vandilism was done on a parked school bus and sidewalks. Parking was usually an issue simply because they only offer one space per apartment and a majority of people have two cars, often guests would park in your assigned parking spot making it even more difficult to find parking.

We spent 3 years in this complex. It was the apartment our daughter had all of her milestones in and grew up in. We had wonderfull memories made here and I wish the same to the next family
