He is crazy, I am just wondering when (not if) he is going to put someone in the hospital or worse. He is nice at first, but then turns into a mean and scary man with a blink of an eye. I heard him tell some teens that where hanging out at the play if I see you here again, first I will beat the ---- out of you, then arrested and charge you with trespassing, loitering, procession of drugs, and being out after curfew. Couldn t he just tell them to leave the play ground. Others told me he lives on the property which makes its worst.
On a more positive note, I have noticed that there is less trouble in the complex.
