I lived there for a year and the apartments are okay, but very old. I think they
wer built in the late 70s. I was always calling maintenance for one problem or another. Rent was a little too high for the amount of space you get (I had a 2 bedroom) and you had to pay $20 extra if you lived on the second floor (which I still do not understand because it can't be because of the view! all I saw was the parking lot). Washers and dryers are old and very small. Doorways are kind of narrow, took my movers a lot of exta maneuvering and dismantling furniture to get it in the door (couch couldn't fit and had to come up from the balcony!) And of course they have the big water bugs (they look like big cockroaches!) that somehow get into the apartment on hot summer nights. On the plus side, it's a quiet neighborhood, not far from Mt Trashmore, the small lake has ducks that wander the property which was cute (they love bread and crackers) And every time I called maintenance they were on it, very efficient and quick.
