The worst property manager and management company that I have ever lived under. I hope that by writing this, I will prevent anyone from considering living in such a place. I absolutely hated living there every single second of every day. The customer service was awful, and failure to properly repair my AC over two summers costed me hundreds in electricity and for hotel stays. I would never ever live at another UPA property, and have heard from others that they received comparable treatment when seeking assistance from the corporate level.
