Where to start....Very small, alot of "activity" goes on, can't never get things fixed....THey're only there Tuesday and Thursady at the Rental office, if you want something fixed anytime soon.. You better call 2 weeks before it breaks! We've had bugs here and there. NOT SOUNDPROOF AT ALL! You can hear when the people upstairs flush their toilet, take a bath, wash their clothes and did I mention walk across the floors. I do not recommend it at all. But I can say it's the cheapest apartments you'll probably find in VA Beach. And hwy have I been here for 2 years' Because I can't afford to leave!!!
