I have had so many problems here. I've seen mice run across the street into buildings during the rain. I saw one in my apartment before. Also my boyfriend said he saw one under the kitchen sink. There is a big hole in the kitchen sick and maintenance won't fix it. The apartments look like crap. They look like theyve bee around since my great grandmother was a child. They put this cheap yellow paint on the counters. The cabinets have like gaps of space when "closed". The wood looks like any minute its going to fall apart. Also, I called them about the electricity and the guy told me to just be careful because it could start a fire!! He didnt even fix it! Let's not even start about the nasty waterbugs that come out. You cant even invite people over for fear one of those things will crawl on the ground or appear on the wall in front of your guests. The parking isn't so bad. Every blue moon you may have to park a little ways away. They have security who drive around. I'm guessing because I saw car window glass on the ground one night. Maybe someone's car got stolen or broken into. Oh yeah, one other thing. I came home one night and found a note on the door. It stated I had an "unpaid balance". I called the office first thing the next morning and to my surprise, they raised the rent on us without notice and just left the note on the door. Normally when there are changes they will send a letter in advance. So not only was I pissed about an increase in rent, but the way it happened was insane! Think twice about moving here. It is so not like all these other posters make it cracked up to be... I'm looking for another place to live. I wouldn't mind paying more money for better quality.
