The space is great... very nice neighborhood. Other apartments can get loud, you just need to talk to managment. They dont really have a play area for kids. They have 2 swings and a monkey bar thing. I've never been to the pool, but it seems prett nice. You used to not be able to bbq, but that changed recently. The maintance is stepping up on its duties. They are getting our stuff fixed faster then they use too. Only thing I dont like.. THEY ARE HIGHLY HIGHLY OVER PRICED! Rent is going to 1009! for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath.. I say, if you move in here, you are taking your chances..
