I wouldn't recommend it

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
I've lived here for 2 years in 2 separate apartments. The first had horrible parking (I often had to park a half a mile away) and the walls were covered in very bad plaster patches. The kitchen and bathroom had been redone, though. Maintenance wasn't especially slow, except for when my apartment flooded (the washer upstairs broke) and it took a few hours for them to come suck up the water. I had very loud fans in every room for a few days. They raised the rent something like $100 per month and I began looking to leave. I moved in with a friend in a 2 bedroom, also in Woodshire. They didn't check the apartment for damage when we made a new lease, so all the damage from the 3 years his father had lived there was still there. The maintenance has been horrible (my fridge has been leaking for... well, the whole time, and every time I call they give me attitude), the people upstairs have kids and they are CONSTANTLY waking me up with their stomping, playing, and running. They also call the cops with noise disturbances on me constantly, just for listening to music. They say it vibrates up the walls. The A/C takes forever to cool the place off, there's often trash in the parking lot, and just last month they decided to tow everyone's cars because they wanted to repaint the parking space lines. Screwed my girlfriend's brakes all up. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone...
