First of all...we pay way too much for rent when we only live in a 2 br 1.5 bath apartment. We asked for a downstairs, we got a second-floor apartment. Our water bill is outrageous. We pay over $100 jsut for water, our electric bill is still over $100 and then we have rent. Supposedly, these were just renovated right befor we moved in. Yeah right! Everything is breaking. Our toilet has broken 3 times (the pump and flapper). Our washing machine broke and it took them 3 weeks to get us a new one when we were told we'd have one within 2 days. The list goes on. On the plus side, everyone is nice.
