They need to bulldoze and start from scratch. It would not be so bad if they would remedy your problems when you call. I placed my trouble call directly to the manager Ernie over two weeks ago and filled out a trouble call and still no resolution. Any positives listed here are plants don t believe them. The office staff is also very unprofessional, the manager Ernie makes at least 2-3 sarcastic or unprofessional remarks each time I visit the office.
