Overall, a good experience

Firstly, the office staff and maintenance are great; they're all really nice AND competent, and when I call maintenance with a problem, they're usually over by that afternoon. It's a pretty quiet neighborhood, although occasionally the firetrucks and ambulances go flying down the main road on their way to the highway. My only complaints would involve the kind of thin walls; I can often hear my neighbors, but it's not terrible. The doors are spring-hinged, and they're too tightly wound, so they slam shut pretty loudly, but you get used to it. Also, the laundry machines almost never work properly. There are two laundromats about a mile down the road, so I just go to one of those. Overall, I'd recommend it. My rent is high because I have a balcony; none of the other apartments do.
