Just a few things of note which I would like to have known before I moved in....the carpets were filthy we had to run the sweeper 4 times and every time the bag got filled with nasty white powder...needless to say they are not cleaning the carpets between attendents but just throwing carpet deoderizer on it. Second the bath tub and countertops in the kitchen were painted! So if you cleaned the shower/tub the paint peeled off continuously, and revealed a nasty gray dirty tub under the paint.

Last but not least there was a police raid of 6 cops with guns out that ran into my building to arrest a man living below us. We had no idea what was going on and when we asked the apartment office they said it was nothing just an arrest warrant and it was taken care of, when we called the cops to ask about the situation it was a raid to arrest a man who was being charged with large scale armed robbery...as a 23 year old female, I think this is a big deal! I would never rent here again, we are breaking out lease early!

One more thing 830$ a month for 750 square feet is not a great rate...we are moving into a 2/2 1100 square feet for $900! way better! and a gated safe community!
