When I first moved in to a townhome in Colonial Towne my front door was not sealed, the carpet has tacks sticking through it, and I can't open and close vents for the air conditioning and heat (which makes for some rooms being freezing cold and some quite hot). Three weeks later they have not fixed anything- the last time I called I was told 38 other people had emergencies they had to take care of before me. I'm not impressed.
