I'm in the middle of my 3rd lease here.The new management staff here have been very helpful and corteous.Had a small problem with garbage disposal and shower. Got home from work yesterday and they fixed them as promised.Apartments are a little older, but very well kept. You have access to interstate 64 and all of the area attractions.When you pull out of the complex, right across the street sits Busch Gardens. Just around the corner is Water Country USA.I have never seen or heard of any problems in the complex.It's perfect for a younger family or a single older guy like myself.To Erin and her staff, " Thanks for everything you guys do" Don
