The Good: The apartments are pretty nice. They are new, I think only one person had lived in mine before me. They are CLEAN and pretty spacious for an apartment. The landscaping is great and it genuinely looks nice.

The Bad: The staff is not very helpful if you have a problem and some downright have a bad attitude. Also, the rental office rarely keeps its posted hours so if I needed something, I usually had to dry several times. The parking can be a bit of a problem at times bc the office doesn't really enforce the towing policy. Also, there are a lot of children. Also, if you live on the bottom floor and the person above you has a [cheap] washer and dryer be prepared to hear their washer bump against the floor every time they wash clothes.

All in all, it's definitely worth it for the price but if you are looking for all the amenities of luxury, keep looking
