I have to agree with the previous reviewer. When I moved in here some two years ago, the community that I became a part of was quiet, respectful, and unobtrusive. The neighborhood was both tranquil and serene. My fellow tenants were generally of a good character and were helpful and friendly. The office staff was professional and courteous, and maintenance was always quick and efficient.

However, fast forwarding about a year or so later, it seems that the times have changed. It appears that Longhill Grove has begun marketing to the stereo-thumpin', drug runnin', domestic-dispute-havin', Jerry Springer-lovin' ghetto folk, and urban thugs and their trailer trash mistresses have overtaken what was once a beautiful and safe neighborhood. The office staff and maintenance have likewise gone to crap. This community was formerly known as Burton Woods, and right before it folded, the same thing happened to it. Too bad Longhill Grove isn't learning from its past.

Do not move here. As the other reviewer said, you will be UPSET.
