This is a great place to be if you fancy living with sixty million roaches. Over half of them must be related to Bigfoot, because I've seen some friggin' monsters trotting around my kitchen. And my bathroom. And my living room. And my bedroom. AND the outside of the complex! Nothing on my 5 day list has ever been fixed. In fact, when we moved in, our sad excuse for a linen closet was STUCK SHUT. Maintinence looked at it, said "Yep, that's stuck alright," and proceeded to leave. As far as they know, it's still shut, and it would be if I hadn't got pissed off and taken a knife and crow bar to it. Our breaker box, which is conveniently located on the wall behind the DOOR in the master bedroom, decided it was going to make noise one night that sounded very much like current jumping from one spot to another. Not a good thing. Called emergency maintinence, at midnight, didnt get a return call till 2am, said they'd send someone out IN THE MORNING, and they didnt show up for two days. I had to call twice after that to even get them to come then. Great service, my home coulda burnt down by then. The management doesn't seem to care much about housing occupancy laws, considering theres about 7 people living in the 2 bedroom apartment above me. They practice gorilla wrestling at 3am. Complaining does no good. Cops and Fire Trucks here all the time. The only thing this place has going for it is parking. Once in a while, I can actually get a parking spot near my building, but it definitely doesn't make up for all the CRAP that I deal with.

If you are considering moving to this complex, run away from that thought - save yourself from the pain and anger of living here. This place is a dump of the highest order. STAY AWAY! Unless, of course, you are an illegal immigrant with 11 buddies who wants to live cheap for 2 months and skip out before the Sheriff puts a notice on your door. Or you really love cockroaches as cuddly little pets.
