I lived her for one year, just one, and I am so glad to have moved. The apartment was good, except for all the damn bugs (shudder). But the staff, well I shouldn't say the whole staff, just the sick twisted ladies who do nothing all day but sit on their butt's all day telling other people who live in the complex about everything they know about all and I do mean all of the other residents in the neighborhood. They are a disgrace. All day they make fun of or tell everyone who pays what and who was late and, when they do inspection's Oh do they have a field day. It's sad when even the children can't stand the management. There words to me was "Mrs. BLA BLA" is so fake to everyone, she sits there and acts all nice to you then as soon as you turn your back she tells everyone your business. She hates white people, or anyone who has "white blood". This was a quote from one of the young children who lives in the complex; the really sad part was the rest of the kids in that group agreed with this child. I felt so sorry for this one. The children are not allowed to really do anything here. Even if the kids are just hanging out on the curb, away from everything, just talking and having fun, they get yelled at. They are not allowed to ride bikes, and skateboarding is off limits. We do have a park, but it for children 3 and under. What kind of a park is that' Yes we do have some "bad" kids, but most of them are extremely kind and very respectful. The manager actually goes around in her little car after she is done at the office and screams at the kids who are outside, (I have seen her do this many times) and starts telling them if they done go home and behave that she can and will evict their families. When I heard this (and most of the people who had their windows open did) I was sick. How do you tell a kid that unless you don't go home and sit on your butt I am going to kick you and your family out' This was in the middle of summer. Kids need something to do and if you have any children do not move here. They claim that this is a "family place" but if you have a family that likes to do anything outside, watch out; this place is not for you. By the way, just to clear things up, I do not have any kids. This is just what I saw, and what I got to hear while living at these apartments. If they got rid of the rental office management and were able to get a new staff in there, maybe, just maybe, this place would be able to come back from the hell hole the staff is making it out to be.
