Longhill Grove is a great neighborhood. I have lived here since the beginning and I recommend our community to anyone. Management and Maintenance are great about getting things done promptly. The grounds are great and parking is not an issue. We all get our own personal parking decals. I feel very safe and comfortable living here. AND>>>> the rent is great as well. Paying a cheaper rent in a great town is well worth it. Anyone looking for a home, come this way.

You are lieing. Parking sucks, management can be rude to people they do not like. They pick on certain people. There have been break ins so its not that safe. The rent is not that cheap either so I do not know what colored glasses you are looking through. They rip you off in charges they should not be charging for when you move out so be were if you are leaving soon. I am speaking from experince and my children were not allowed to play without feeling like they were in a prison. What kind of neighborhood is that for kids to grow up in.

Honestly, this is a 2 and 3 bedroom apartment complex and it is not a single family neighborhood so perhaps this isn't the place for your children to grow up. I too live in Longhill Grove and get tired of children playing in the street when I am driving and unconcerned about moving out of the way quickly. Or children playing loudly outside my door or window. Or being VERY loud and banging stuff around above me. It's ridiculous. Teach your children some manners!
As for the price...A 2 bedroom is around $780 and a 3 bedroom is around $800 so YES, it is CHEAP. Anywhere else in williamsburg with comparable space would be at least $1200-$1300 EXCEPT for the other income qualified neighborhood.
The staff does leave a lot to be desired. They rarely keep their hours posted but they seem to all be nice for whatever that is worth.

Ok lets be honest. The noise level is horrible. management doesn't do anything to asure that the people who live around or above you are being respectful. Children in the streets without children when the lease says that anyone under the age of 18 can't be out alone. people living with people who are not on the lease and causing trouble. These matters need to be taken over management head and go to the owners. also quiet time should be 10 pm not 11 pm and it should be enforced. i pay to much money not to be able to enjoy my living space.
