Well-built and thought out floorplans---never hear neighbors while in apartment! Cannot ask for a better location--great shops within walking distance including a Ukrops! Rent is bit more than most, but utility bills are very low. They even have curb side garbage pick-up! And, the neighborhood is safe, so my car insurance dropped sinificantly when I moved to this area. It doesn't get any better than this--trust me!
