We lived there for over a year and had to threaten to sue them for the lack of maintenance. The apartment leaked constantly and eventually mildewed and developed Black Mold, which is a very, very dangerous allergen. Had to have the Department of Health condemn the apartment to let us break the lease because they would or could not fix it. There are much better places in Williamsburg that are a lot less expensive
