These apartments are not well maintained and very poor maintenance! The roofs leak, and it takes forever to get service for a maintenance call. The weight room is always dirty and the treadmill does not even work properly. The complex is dirty and the dumpster is absolutely awful. For the high price in rent you would think they could get some "REAL HELP" to run the property!!

People renting in Virginia! You are protected under the Virginia Residential Landlord and Tennant Act (VRLTA) If the landlords are not repairing leaks within a reasonable amount of time (30 days determined by state law), then you have the right to place your rent in Escrow with the District Court. This will motivate your leasing office to take action on the maintenance issues.
