You can't judge a book by it's cover or give a bad comment about something that happened to you once. The company tries to do all they can and I feel Maintance is great. With so many people coming and going you can't expect to rent a place and think it is going to be a castle or a 4 star hotel, but this place is peaceful and very friendly, so instead of complaining make the best of things and if you do have a problem then that is what a phone is for....Call and ask for assistances. Don't put dirt on a company and then not ask questions because it's not their fault it's yours for not asking. I rate this place with 4 Stars so screw you complainers.
