We had to move early due to a military relocation. Gave over 2 months notice, spoke to office multiple times and left apt in excellent condition. We were told we would recieve our deposit back within 30 days.
Not only did we not recieve our deposit back, but got a letter from them saying we gave less than a months notice and OWE them money.According to their records we do not owe the 1142 a month we paid but now owe them 1800 dollars, yet list nothing as repairs or damages for the apt. Will be suing them for deposit.
