Living in an apartment anywhere is a real experience in today's market. With this complex the descriptions in their ads are not really what you find in these very overpriced, spacious apartments. The appliances are not "gourmet" and the countertops are the cheapest formica. The carpeting is like sandpaper and thin as a cracker. Most of the residents smoke and leave their "buts" all over the complex grounds. Also, I have started having the newspaper delivered and my neighbor a few doors down takes it. The assistants that work in the rental office will give you different answers to the same question. There are discounts on the rent available you have to ask for them. And then there is the dog issue. Many of the residents have dogs, which is fine.....but most don't clean up after them. And God forbid if your dog barks, the neighbors will complain. The large pet deposit plus the extra $35 a month you have to pay is just for the privledge of having a pet live with you. The pet deposit does not cover the cost of any residual damage your pet may have left in your apartment. That info is not clarified when you rent the apartment. One more thing...the air conditioning units are so loud you can't even hear your TV in the same room. Location is great, but overall
